Kimberly M. Solano, the broker, and owner of Solano Realty LLC, a Tampa, Florida native, is the only daughter of Robert L. Solano. Inventor, developer, and real estate pioneer, Mr. Solano is also a recipient of Rotary International's coveted Legacy Award. He is a native of Florida's First Coast by way of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, and 19th generation Minorcan. Kimberly M. Solano has been an Active Licensed Sole Proprietor for more than 23 years and is a candidate for the CCIM designation. A CCIM is a Certified Commercial Investment Member. For more than 50 years, the CCIM designation has been considered the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals, including appraisers, asset managers, brokers, developers, investors, lenders as well as other allied professionals.

Ms. Solano was also the Assistant VA Appraiser to Derrell Curry, a Brandon, Florida native the Owner/Broker of Burnett & Curry Realty and Appraisal Services of Brandon. Among extensive certifications and designations, Mr. Curry is also a recipient of the coveted Legacy Award of Rotary International. Ms. Solano has received the majority of her education, ethics, and values from some of the eldest and wisest leaders of Florida's Real Estate Markets of past and present. She continues to enjoy and humbly appreciates their business directives and tutorage to present. Her experience includes commercial sales, acquisitions, development, and property management.
